Today, I attented the lecture called "Management for Engineers" at EE Department of Boğaziçi University. Barhan Özce, who is the managing partner at Stratagem, is the instructor of the course. Some tips from Barhan:
1) Never say "I don't have enough time" as an excuse, since the time is the most democratic resource on earth.
2) Always develop and show the conceptual and human skills if you want to be promoted in management.
3) Excellent manager should also be a "leader".
4) Never use superlatives if you are not hundred percent sure.
